We will take the drawings, estimate the project cost, and then move into a construction contract. We will then submit for permits, build the project, and get you your certificate of occupancy!
The Conceptual Phase provides us with the necessary information to draft a comprehensive Design & Build contract, as we will focus on creating floor plans and MEP narratives. Once the contract is in place, we proceed with finalizing project drawings, obtaining permits, construction, and ultimately delivering the certificate of occupancy.
After we price this out, we will sign a construction contract for the remainder of the project. This structured method guarantees a smooth shift from design to construction, offering transparency and organization throughout the entire journey.
