The Conceptual Phase provides us with the necessary information to draft a comprehensive Design & Build contract, as we will focus on creating floor plans and MEP narratives. Once the contract is in place, we proceed with finalizing project drawings, obtaining permits, construction, and ultimately delivering the certificate of occupancy.

This option is for you if you need help developing of a floor plan and MEP narratives.

Design & Build

After we price this out, we will sign a construction contract for the remainder of the project. This structured method guarantees a smooth shift from design to construction, offering transparency and organization throughout the entire journey. 

This option is for you if you are ready to start working together from the design process forward.

What is our license number?

The InterVision Building Group is fully licensed and carry both General Liability Insurance and Workers Compensation. All relative paperwork is available upon request.

Are we fully licensed & insured?

Most of our work is based in Tennessee, but we are willing and open to travel.

What areas do we work in?

Although construction drawings provide the best means for bidding your project and ultimately providing the most accurate pricing; we do offer design-build and pre-construction services.
